About
After completing his primary and secondary education in Antakya, he got accepted to Ankara University, Faculty of Medicine in 1997 and started his medical education. In 2003, when he graduated from the Faculty of Medicine, he passed the examination for specialty in medicine and started working as a general surgery assistant at Haydarpasa Numune Training and Research Hospital.
In 2008-2009, he received education on cancer surgery and organ transplantation at the MD Anderson Cancer Center and Memorial Hermann Hospital at the City of Houston in the United States of America. After he returned to Turkey, he ranked first in the subspecialty examination held in 2009, in which general surgeons participate.
Following this examination success, he received training on gastrointestinal surgery at Turkish High Specialty Hospital between the years of 2009-2012. In 2012, he became Turkey’s youngest gastrointestinal surgeon and was appointed to the Marmara University Pendik Training and Research Hospital. Read more…
